Hi, I'm Oleena, an Austin-based growth operator. I’ve spent my career partnering with VC-backed founders to commercialize complex, novel products and bring their ambitious ideas to market.

I currently lead growth at American Operator, where I joined to grow the marketplace connecting aspiring owners with opportunities to buy and own local small businesses. I've helped shape the brand, business model and go-to-market infrastructure from ground up. Building and serving a community of business owners and telling their story has been the highlight (Fox News, NY Post).

Before that, I led growth at Boost, where I developed incentive programs and narratives designed to drive attention, adoption, and network participation. Exploring how everyday people could earn and participate in new financial systems was fun. I also worked on user activation and adoption at Celsius Network (RIP), events at Kira (acquired by Litera) and marketing at Finn (acquired by Glia).
